Located in bustling Midtown Atlanta, the historic Biltmore originally opened its doors in 1924. After years of neglect, in 1998 the Biltmore was renovated to its original 1920’s Georgian splendor. The upper floors of the former hotel are now Class A office space. The renovation also included restoring the Biltmore’s two elegant Grand Ballrooms and their adjacent pre-function spaces - representing over 21,000 square feet of special event space. Featuring high ceilings, crystal chandeliers and arched windows with empire style furnishings, the ballrooms provide a dramatic backdrop that is ideal for a range of events. The Biltmore can accommodate 350 seated guests and 1,500 standing.

 The Foundry at Puritan Mill is located in the King Plow Historic District just minutes from Downtown Atlanta. Built in 1921, The Foundry at Puritan Mill was constructed and operated by Puritan Chemical Company. Puritan soap and other cleaning products were manufactured and stored in the building until they were shipped on the neighboring Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. The site served as the Atlanta headquarters for Puritan Chemical Company until 1996. In 2000, the location was purchased by Urban Realty Partners and Weaver & Woodbery Company to be restored and converted into a mixed-use facility.

The Foundry at Puritan Mill boasts a lofty historical elements atmosphere featuring high wooden ceilings, exposed brick and beams, numerous large windows, a gallery, corridors, lawn, and kitchen. The 12,000 square foot event space can comfortably accommodate the 1,200 guests for a reception, 800 guests for a seated dinner and 650 guests for a theater style arrangement.

The 3,200 square-foot building is elegantly lit with Mission-style lantern chandeliers. The exposed rafters and oak paneling coupled with marbleized floors create a warm ambiance. Built in 1945, this building was originally a blacksmith's forge and its original fireplace is still in place adding to the charming atmosphere. The Hall is also equipped with four sets of glass doors leading out to 3,000 square feet of beautifully landscaped stone courtyard. As an option, the Magnolia Hall lawn can be rented with the Hall to give your event another dimension. The courtyard and lawn are ideal for ceremonies, tenting, and outdoor seating.

 The Trolley Barn, a historic non-profit rental facility, is located in the heart of Inman Park Atlanta and dates back to 1889. The exterior has been carefully restored to its original appearance and its interior extensively renovated to accommodate both festive and business events. The spacious 2,800 square-foot main hall rises to a height of 30 feet, displaying its handsome exposed wood beam superstructure. Installed in the renovation is a mesquite wood floor. Variable lighting, including festive mini lights, lends ambience to any event.

The main hall can accommodate: up to 300 for standing or buffet-type events, up to 200 for seated dinners, up to 350 seated for auditorium type functions. A 40 x 60 foot brick patio, reached by three sets of doors, will accommodate additional guests during the temperate season. Additional facilities include: a serving kitchen adjacent to the main hall, an 800 square-foot mezzanine overlooking the hall, a 2000 square-foot general purpose room or staging area located underneath the main hall. The staging area can be used to support expanded events such as weddings, fashion shows, stage shows or events with children's programs. Since its restoration, The Trolley Barn has been used to host weddings, receptions, dinners, reunions, auctions, business meetings/seminars and parties of every kind.
